‘Clearing Spaces’ is a unique combination of methods that utilises kinesiology to very specifically determine how we interact within our environment and the objects within it, at home and our work place.  A Clearing Spaces consultation offers you a unique individually created opportunity to transform any negative reactions and bring balance and harmony to both yourself and environment.

The environments that we live and work in can either nourish the spirit within us as much as it can repress it.  If we regard our homes and offices as supportive,  nurturing and sacred spaces to live and work in, then what is established will have a sense of integrity and accord and our environments will in turn produce more harmonious relationships, greater wellbeing; spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically.

The structure, cleanliness, tidiness, objects, placement of objects and furniture in our environment and the type of inter-relationships and activities of the people who live and work in them can generate either harmony or disruption; influencing our wellbeing, creativity and abundance.  Everything that has ever occurred in our homes and work places has an energetic ripple effect, leaving an impression in the structure and things in our surroundings such as the walls, furniture and objects within that space.

It is easy to see that appearance and functionality is all to often thought of as unimportant and separate from our overall wellbeing.  However, the more aesthetically pleasing and comfortable the environment is to be in, the more you will flourish, both professionally and personally.   Although, the general public are now becoming more aware that the disharmony in their living and working environments does effect them and are now coming to understand the need to bring balance and harmony to themselves, their homes, work environments and communities they live in.

Transforming the space where we live and work into places that we love can transform our own lives, and will in turn positively affect the lives of everyone around us in ways such as;

  • To create a fresh start when you feel stuck in a rut
  • To clear out the energy of the previous occupants of a place
  • To change old or recurring problems in your life and open up to new possibilities
  • To prepare for a new birth
  • To enhance your spiritual development
  • To help you manifest what you want in your life
  • To increase your vitality and wellbeing

  • To give you a sense of belonging in a place

  • To enjoy letting go of physical and mental debris
  • To learn how to be more organised and proactive

  • To let go of the past and move positively into the future
  • To  feel the weight has been lifted off your shoulders

My approach

My approach is truly holistic in that it involves the client and their environment.  Therefore each consultation and process is tailor made to the specific needs of each client. When I work with someone’s home or work environment I will first discuss with them why they want to clear the space to establish the focus for the consultation.

The approach I use applies both intuition and the clinical methodology of kinesiology and principles of chi, prana or life force.  This is a process in which I enter the space and ‘read’ the energy of the house or workspace and the furniture and objects within the environment in much the same way as I use kinesiology to read the clients energy in order to make an assessment to determine if an individual is in balance.  However, in this instance I use kinesiology to discern if the client is interacting positively or negatively within their environment and then apply kinesiology techniques to bring harmony to the internal ’space’ and ecological system.

Together we create inspiring results so you have the energy to continue to create harmony within yourself, home or work space.

To prepare for a Clearing Spaces consultation

You will get the best value from the consultation if you thoroughly clean what is in your cupboards, draws and under your beds as well as the surfaces of your furniture, floors and walls, and de-clutter the best you can beforehand.   When cleaning your home it is always best to use natural cleaning products, especially in preparation for a Clearing Spaces consultation.  Chemicals harm our environment on a physical and ecological manner, and in turn can harm the individuals within that space.  Many of the chemicals and cosmetics we use are harmful to our health and wellbeing, so keep this in mind if you want a truly holistic harmonious environment. You will also need to arrange for young children to be taken care of in a separate location and ensure that those at home during the consultation are in  100%  support of the process.

Enhancers and components to create a harmonious environment

Enhancers are things that can amplify the positive energy in our homes.  The ‘things’ that you have in your home, even those stored in cupboards and in particular the things that you have on display are especially significant to the entire energy of your home.  There are also steps you can take to enhance your home or work space, such as clean, tidy, and de-clutter.

If you strongly dislike some ‘thing’  or it has negative connotations or memories in your home the energy field around it may emanate a disruptive energy field so that every time you see the thing you dislike your energy will drop due to both the conscious and subconscious dislike you have for it.  If you don’t love the ‘things’ in your home, get rid of them.  There are also Kinesiology techniques that I can apply to assist with clearing your reaction to the ‘thing’ where appropriate.

On the other hand having objects in your home that you love amplifies the energy in your home.  Other ways of enhancing and revitalising are the use of appropriate colours, photos, artwork, sacred objects, handmade or natural objects, pets, crystals, mirrors and the art of placement that you can use to magnify the positive life force in and around your home.

For a room to be in balance it must have a balance of the yin and yang forces in life.  Yin and yang are terms used in Chinese medicine as well as kinesiology – a state of the art natural mind body medicine combining many ancient and modern philosophies and techniques.  The yin and yang principle is an interaction between two opposing yet harmonious forces of the universe.  It is believed that to maintain good health and balance one must be in harmony with these two forces.  In addition for ones work space or house to be in balance there should be a balance of yin and yang in each room.

Yin – feminine, passive, soft, intuitive, creative, natural, abstract, reflective, inward, dark, still, cool, meandering, cyclical, receptive, contracting.

An example of a room being too yin would be a room that is very dark in colour is always cold with little natural light and too soft lighting.  In this room you would feel very restricted and be at risk of becoming to yin and withdrawn and could be more susceptible to health problems.

Yang – masculine, outward, light, active, hard, logical, intellectual, tangible, moving, man-made, expanding, hot, bright, linear, projecting.

An example of a room being to yang would be a room that has lots of windows, is full of light, painted stark white and is very warm in temperature.  In this room you would also be at risk of becoming to yang and losing too much energy and be more susceptible to health problems.
