To reserve your place, full payment of course fees are required.
Before you lodge your 'Application for Enrolment Form' ensure you have read the Enrolment Terms and Conditions.
Enrolment forms must be completed in full, signed and dated and returned via email or by post to: PO 481 Cammeray Sydney NSW 2062.
A confirmation of enrolment is sent to eligible applicants confirming that you have secured a place, students who are unsuccessful in their application will be notified via email, stating the reason why your application was unsuccessful. If further information is required you will be informed in this email.

Entry Requirements
No previous knowledge is required and anyone over the age of 18 years may enrol. If you have not yet turned 18, but have a passion to explore mind body medicine you can apply for special consideration.
At Integral Health Services we are committed to welcoming, nurturing and developing growth. Our students have a wide range of backgrounds such as individuals straight from school to people with life experience but with limited education. This diversity adds to our life-enriching community.
Admission is based on course entry requirements, which may include but is not limited to academic merit, knowledge and skills achieved through formal courses of study, work experience, mature age entry and the potential for teacher trainers. All applicants are assessed through procedures that are fair and equitable.
Applicants who intend to obtain a trainers license with the Psych-energetics Global Network may be requested to participate in a phone appointment prior to final selection.
Students will be granted entry on the basis of their personal statement by demonstrating that they meet the following selection criteria:
- A commitment to enquiry and study
- An interest for a career in or pursuing knowledge of the Natural Therapies Industry
- An enthusiasm for collaboration and team work
- Evidence that the applicant will make good use of their time
- To participate in learning activities applicants need to be capable of an independent level of written and spoken English.
- An appointment with the applicant by phone or in person may be requested prior to enrolment
- Writing and submitting a personal statement indicating your special areas of interest, any related experience and/or accredited training completed and why you wish to undertake the course (limited to one A4 page) may be requested
- A letter of permission by your doctor to attend the course if you have any health conditions are requested if deemed necessary
Enrolment Terms & Conditions
Please read the Enrolment Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling.
Integral Health Services reserves the right to change the prices, study guidelines and schedules contained in any brochures, flyers, prospectus or other promotional material at any time.
A 10% late surcharge penalty is applied to any outstanding balances as at the first day of the course.
Students wishing to defer their studies need to apply in writing 21 days prior to course commencement.
Integral Health Services reserves the right to vary course structure, adjust fees or class schedules at any time.
Integral Health Services reserves the right to refuse any enrolment as permitted by law.
By enrolling in a course at Integral Health Services, students agree to be bound by the Enrolment Terms and Conditions and Policies.
Students have nine months to complete all their assignments and case studies, under special circumstances students may request a one month extension.
If a student fails to submit assessment work; assignments and case studies for a period exceeding 3 months after the end of the course, it will be presumed the student has discontinued study and they will not be entitled to receive their course certificate and the right to use the course material or promote themselves as a practitioner of the title of the course studied.
Students who fail to sit their exam in the specified time (within 3 months of completing all assignments and case studies) will receive a fail and will not be qualified to use the material and refer to themselves as qualified in the course studied.
Refund Policy
Under all circumstances, withdrawals must be made in writing.
- Refunds will be made in the event that a course is cancelled by the IHS head office. Cost of materials will not be refunded.
- Any claims for refunds on material or texts issued will only be made in the event of goods damaged in transit. A claim must be made in writing to the IHS head office within seven days of receipt of goods.
- In the event that a student cancels enrolment in writing 21days prior to course commencement, a refund of 50% of fees, minus $150 administration fee, books and text costs.
- In the event that a student cancels enrolment in writing after the 21 day cooling off period, the IHS head office is entitled to retain all fees made by the student. No refund will be given on books and text supplied as the IHS head office does not recycle second hand materials.
- In the event that the IHS head office cancels a students enrolment either prior to or during studies, a pro rata refund will be made, based on course information. Cost of materials will not be refunded.
- In the event that a student fails to attend their scheduled course, no refund will be given of course fees or materials.
General Information
Courses taken with IHS are for education and instruction purposes. Sole responsibility is taken by the student for any action taken or treatments given by the students before or after competency is recognised.
Neither the IHS developer, instructors nor its principal take responsibility under any circumstances for any claims, damages or otherwise taken or made by its students whether before, during or after study, even while using formats or concepts learned or derived from the study courses.
Student Responsibilities: Please ensure that any personal property is kept with you at all times and not left unattended. While we attempt to make the training room safe and secure we do not accept responsibility or liability for the personal property of students, employees, lecturers, supervisors or visitors left unattended, lost, stolen or damaged.
Privacy Policy
Integral Health Services is committed to protecting your privacy. The information collected on the enrolment form is for the purposes of processing your enrolment, creating and maintaining student records, keeping you informed of upcoming events and assisting us in improving our service to you. If you do not wish to receive information from Integral Health Services please email us and type ‘remove my details’ in the subject header. Please include your contact details (name, address and phone) in the email.
We are committed to keeping secure the information you provide to us, and we will take all reasonable precaution to protect your personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
