Conditions of Enrolment in Kinesiology Courses

Kinesiology Health Sciences™ reserves the right to change the prices, study guidelines and schedules contained in any brochures, flyers, prospectus or other promotional material at any time.

Kinesiology Health Sciences Enrolment Procedure

  • On receipt of completed enrolment/application forms and non refundable enrolment fee, KHS will assign a student identification number.
  • The KHS head office reserves the right, without explanation or prejudice, to terminate the agreement for enrolment of any enrolled student. In this event, refund policy guidelines will apply.
  • Please advise us immediately of any changes to your details e.g. change of name, email or address.

Deferment of Study

  • The KHS head office recognises a one year deferment of study period. Applicants must advise the KHS head office in writing. Any fee increases or policy changes made during the time of deferment apply to the student on activation of enrolment.
  • In the event of an applicant wishing to defer studies, no refunds will be given outside the 7 day cooling off period. (Date of payment)

Kinesiology Assignments

  • If a student fails to submit assessment work; assingments and case studies for a period exceeding six months after the end of the course, it will be presumed the student has discontinued study and they will not be entitled to receive their course certificate and the right to use the course material or promote themselves as a practitioner of the title of the course studied.

Cancellation of Courses

  • In the event of insufficient enrolments, the KHS head office reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course up to seven days prior to the commencement of the course.
  • In such cases, students will be advised in writing that their fees will be credited towards the next scheduled course, or fees will be refunded in full.
  • Regardless of class size KHS head office reserves the right to continue commencement of the course on the scheduled dates.

Kinesiology Health Sciences Course Alterations

The KHS head office at its discretion, reserves the right to alter the content, tutors or fees of any course.

Refund Policy

Under all circumstances, withdrawals must be made in writing.

  • Refunds will be made in the event that a course is cancelled by the KHS head office. Cost of materials will not be refunded.
  • Any claims for refunds on material or texts issued will only be made in the event of goods damaged in transit. A claim must be made in writing to the KHS head office within seven days of receipt of goods.
  • In the event that a student cancels enrolment in writing 21days prior to course commencement, a refund of 50% of fees, minus $150 administration fee, books and text costs.
  • In the event that a student cancels enrolment in writing after the 21 day cooling off period, the KHS head office is entitled to retain all fees made by the student. No refund will be given on books and text supplied as the KHS head office does not recycle second hand materials.
  • In the event that the KHS head office cancels a students enrolment either prior to or during studies, a pro rata refund will be made, based on course information. Cost of materials will not be refunded.
  • In the event that a student fails to attend their schedules course, no refund will be given of course fees or materials.

General Information

  • Courses taken with KHS are for education and instruction purposes. Sole responsibility is taken by the student for any action taken or treatments given by the students before or after competency is recognised.
  • Neither the KHS developer, instructors nor its principal take responsibility under any circumstances for any claims, damages or otherwise taken or made by its student’s whether before, during or after study, even while using formats or concepts learned or derived from the study courses.
