My first session with Lyn allayed any fears that I may have had because she has an incredible ability to put one at ease. I cannot explain what it is she does because it needs to be experienced, however, it is a non-invasive modality and the most interesting aspect is that your body will work within what feels comfortable to do so. My problem in the beginning was exhaustion without Lyn I think I would still be sleeping the whole weekend just to have the energy to get through the next week. Now my energy levels are not just restored to what they were I now have energy to spare.
